Anxiety is characterized by fear and worry which causes the person to experience panic attacks, a disorder termed as posttraumatic stress and obsessive-compulsive. The individual having anxiety commonly has a problem letting emotions go, emotions like worry. Negative thoughts build up in their minds and causes the individual to feel uncomfortable and also they feel fatigued all the time and if not they get sweaty. Insomnia, irritability, nausea or trembling are some of the things people with anxiety go through.

The treatment will consist of medication and counseling, which is a bit similar to the treatment given to cure depression. It is known that antidepressants are mainly contained in the medication. Changing of lifestyle would be advised if the condition is not worse and one would also be able to save expenses that would have cove with the treatment. Some of the changes that the person need to take are like, avoiding alcohol, doing physical exercise, eat healthy, stop smoking and try to learn ways that help them relax.
